2 Tbsp. Salt
5 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1 c. Powdered Milk
3 c. Warm Water
2 Tbsp. Sugar
Canola oil
- Sift together Flour, Salt, Baking Powder & Powdered Milk.
- Stir in Warm Water & Sugar. Let rest for 20 minutes.
- Heat Oil to 350 . Cut Dough into 40 baseball size balls; flatten balls and make hole in the center. Fry in hot oil until golden, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
