1 Tbsp. Butter
1 c. Dried Beef, -{shredded

Do Not add Salt.

Into 1 c. boiling Milk,
stir until thick and free from lumps,
the Flour mixed smoothly
with the Butter.
Turn the Dried Beef into the hot Cream,
stirring until thoroughly mixed and heated.
