POTATO Ribbons
Chop & peel Potatoes very carefully,
cutting away all specks.
Prepare them as you an apple,
cutting round and round very thinly.
Place them in a frying basket and boil in deep fat
for about 6 minutes.
Sprinkle with a little salt and serve.
