- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 15 oz. can pumpkin
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Mix egg, vegetable oil, sugar, and pumpkin in a large bowl. Then sift in the rest of the
ingredients and mix well. Pour onto a greased and floured 12 by 18 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Frosting- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 stick of butter
- 1 Tbsp cream (milk will do)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups powdered sugar
Beat cream cheese, butter, vanilla, and cream together until soft. Add powdered sugar until correct consistency for spreading. Cut into bars. (These can be frozen.)
