Cream of Spinach Soup

1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tbsp. Flour
2 c. cold Milk
2 c. Spinach Pulp

Blend the Butter and Flour and
slowly add the cold Milk.
Stir until it is smooth and creamy.
Add the Spinach.
.
Serve with Whipped Cream
in each plate.
