Creamed Frankforts (German recipe)

1 1/2 Tbsp. Butter
1 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
1 c. Milk
some Salt
some Pepper
4 Frankfort Sausages

.
Make a Cream Sauce of Butter, Flour, and Milk.
Season with Salt & Pepper.
Skin Frankfort Sausages,
cut into 1 inch long pieces,
bring to a boiling point in the Sauce.
