CRUST
1 c. Flour
1/2 c. Quick Oatmeal
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 c. Butter... or Oleo
Combine the above, mix until crumbly, and press into a 9 X 13 inch pan.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
FILLING
1 can Pumpkin
1 can Evaporated Milk
2 Eggs
3/4 c. White Sugar
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Chopped Pecans
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter
Combine Pumpkin, Milk, Eggs, White Sugar, Salt, & Cinnamon. Mix well.
Pour over baked Crust.
Bake 20 minutes at 350
Combine Pecans, Brown Sugar, & 2 Tbsp. Butter.
Sprinkle over Pumpkin Filling. Return to oven ~
bake another 15 to 20 minutes more.
