Turkey Casserole

Billie Johnson's Turkey Casserole
  • 1 c. Chopped Turkey
  • 3 c. Cooked Rice
  • 4 oz. can Mushrooms
  • 1 c. Chopped Celery
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 2 c. Turkey Broth ~ or water
  • 1/2 can Water Chestnut slices
  • 1/2 Envelope Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 c. Blanched Almonds
Add Celery & Onions to Broth, (or water) and cook, just until crisp done. Combine all ingredients (except Almonds) in large Casserole dish. Top with Almonds. Bake about 30 minutes at 350
