Ripe Tomato Pie

Line a pie-plate with nice Crust.
Peel and slice sufficient Tomatoes,
(half ripe ones are really better),
to fill the Pie Crust.
Sprinkle over the top 1/2 c. Sugar,
1 tsp. Flour,
Butter, (the size of a Walnut),
cut this in bits,
and flavor with Lemon.
Cover with an upper Crust.
