Peanut Drops

1/2 c. Fat
2/3 c. Peanut Butter
2/3 c. Brown Sugar
2/3 c. White Sugar
2/3 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 large Eggs
3 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Mace
1 tsp. Baking Soda--{dissolved in 2 Tbsp. hot Water
1/2 c. Roasted Peanuts, -{chopped

Mix together the Fat, and Peanut Butter
until very soft,
add the Brown Sugar, White Sugar,
Salt, and Vanilla.
Beat until creamy,
add Eggs, Flour, Mace,
and dissolved Baking Soda.
Add the chopped Peanuts.
Chill Dough.
Drop portions onto a greased baking sheet,
and press down with a fork dipped in Flour.

Bake 10 minutes at 350 F.
