Rhubarb Pudding

4 c. Rhubarb, -{cut up
2 1/2 c. Water
2 heaping Tbsp. Corn Starch
1 c. Sugar
1 pinch Salt
.
Cook Rhubarb and 2 c. Water for about 10 minutes.
Mix Sugar, Corn Starch, and 1/2 c. Water,
then add to Rhubarb.
Cook about 7 to 8 minutes longer.

Serve cold with Cream.
