3 Egg Whites, {stiffly beaten

Sift Flour, measure,
then add Baking Powder,
and Salt,
and sift again.
Combine Egg Yolks and Milk;
add Flour,
beaten until smooth,
add Butter,
and Cheese.
Fold in Egg Whites.
Bake in hot Waffle iron.
