Cottage Pudding

From a
1920's
cook book

1 Egg
1/4 c. Butter
1/4 c. Sugar
1 c. Milk
2 1/4 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 Rounded tsp. Baking Powder

Mix well,
and bake like a Cake.
Use medium flame.
.
Serve with
Lemon Sauce,
or
Strawberry Sauce.
