Rich Muffins

1/4 c. Fat
1/4 c. Sugar
1 Egg
3/4 c. Milk
2 c. Flour
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt

Cream the Shortening, add Sugar gradually,
well-beaten Egg, Milk, and the Flour mixed and
sifted with the Baking Powder and Salt.
Beat until ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

Bake in well-greased muffin tins
about 25 minutes.
