Beef Stew

Use about 2 lbs. of Round Steak cut in pieces.
Cook until almost done.
Add Carrots.
When Carrots are almost done,
add Irish Potatoes,
1 large Onion,
Salt & Pepper.
When done,
(have plenty of Water for Gravy),
thicken and add 1/2 c. Tomato Catsup.
Remember Beef Stew is to 'stew' a long time.
