Grapefruit Marmalade

Recipe
found

Slice 3 Grapefruits very thin,
eliminating as much white skin as possible.
Barely cover with Cold Water
and let stand overnight.
Then cook down until clear,
and let stand until the following day.
Then measure the Grapefruit and Liquid.
Add 1 c. Sugar for each cup Grapefruit mixture
and boil very slowly until thick,
using very low fire to avoid scorching.
Pour into sterilized KERR jars
and seal while hot.
