Spanish Rice

Fry several minutes in a casserole,
2 Tbsp. Rice,
1 Onion, {sliced
and 2 Tbsp. Butter.
Add 1 pt. of Tomatoes,
and 1 Green Pepper,
and season.
Bake until Rice is soft.
