Carrot Pudding

1 1/2 c. Sweet Milk
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Allspice
1 tsp. Cloves
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. chopped Suet
1 c. Raisins
some Citron
some Currants
a few Nuts, (any kind)
1 c. Sugar

Steam for 3 hours or
