Apple Crisp

6 tart Apples, -{pared and sliced
1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. sifted Flour
1/2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 tsp. Salt
1 Egg, -{unbeaten
some Butter
some Cinnamon

Place in a greased 8 X 10 inch baking dish,
the sliced Apples.
Sprinkle with 1/2 c. Sugar.

Mix together with a fork until crumbly,
the sifted Flour, another 1/2 c. Sugar,
Baking Powder, Salt, and Egg.
.
Sprinkle this mixture over the Apples.
Mixture should be crumbly, not doughy.
Dot with Butter, sprinkle with Cinnamon.

Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350 F.

Serve warm or cold, with Cream.
