Cheese with Red Pepper

2 Tbsp. Butter
4 Tbsp. Red Pepper, -{chopped
1/2 Tbsp. Onion, -{chopped
1/4 c. Grated Cheese
1/4 c. Cream
4 Eggs, -{slightly beaten

Melt the Butter, add the Red Pepper and Onions;
mix into Grated Cheese.
Add the Cream and slightly beaten Eggs.

Cook until well blended.
.
Serve on Buttered Slices of Toast.
