Greetings!

i didn't bother to check how old this post was or if you are even still an active blogger but! :) I wanted to let you know that your shredded wheat bread has become one of my go to recipes. I make a lot of bread to sell at a community market, not so much for profit but more as a hobby and the sales go back to ingredients so I can experiment in the kitchen more! But I kept getting requests for Shredded Wheat Bread. I had never had it so needed a recipe. I read several, even tried one or two, but then I stumbled onto yours. This recipe is so easy and the dough it produces is by far my favorite in texture and consistancey. A really excellent bread! Thank you for sharing and when and if people ask for the recipe (usually they don't because baking your own bread is more than most want to do these days) I will be sure to credit you and direct them to your blog for all the goodies!
