Rich Fudge

From a
1925
cook book

2 c. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Cocoa
1 c. Cream
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
.
Mix well together.
Cook until it forms a soft ball
when dropped in water.
Remove from fire,
add nuts, if desired.
Pour into a Buttered pan.
Cut in squares.
