Virgina Rolls

From a
1915
cook book

3 Potatoes, {boiled and mashed
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2/3 pt. Boiling Water
1 c. Yeast
.
Add the Yeast when cool,
and let rise.
Then add
1 Qt. Water,
and Flour
enough to knead.
Mold into oblong rolls,
and let rise again
before baking.
