1 Qt. Steamed Hubbard Squash

5 Eggs, -{well beaten

2 Qt. Milk

1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

1 Tbsp. Ginger

1 c. Sugar, ~ (or sweeten to taste)

slightly Salt

Steam a Hubbard Squash;

when it is done, rub through a colander.

.

To every Quart of sifted Squash,

add all remaining ingredients.

Mix together well.

Bake as you would

a Pumpkin Pie.
