1 c. Shortening

1 c. Brown Sugar

1 c. White Sugar

2 Eggs

2 c. Coconut, ~ or Nuts, - your choice

2 c. Flour

1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1/2 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Vanilla

2 c. Wheaties

Cream Shortening, then add

Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla, and

dry ingredients.

Mix well.

.

Drop from teaspoon onto

ungreased baking sheet.

Bake 8 or 9 minutes at 400 degrees.
