Cheese Biscuits

6 0z. grated Parmesan Cheese
3/4 c. Flour
4 oz. Butter
a little Cayenne Pepper
1 Egg Yolk
.
Take the Parmesan Cheese and mix it well
with the Flour;
then rub in the Butter,
add a little Cayenne Pepper,
and moisten with the Egg Yolk.
Roll out 1/4 inch thick,
cut into long narrow strips.

Bake in a hot oven for 3 t0 7 minutes.
