French Toast

From an

Cut slices of Bread moderately thick,
dip first in Milk, then in beaten Egg,
to which a pinch of salt is added;
turn them, so that all parts will be
covered with Milk and Egg.
Then fry both sides a golden brown in Butter.
Serve Hot.
