Corn Starch Cake

From a
cook book
over 107 years old

1 c. Butter
2 c. Powdered Sugar
1 c. Corn Starch
1 c. Milk
2 c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
6 Egg Whites
some Rose Water
.
Cream the Butter and Powdered Sugar.
Stir in the Corn Starch,
then add Milk, Flour, & Baking Powder.
Add Egg Whites last.
.
Flavor with Rose Water.
