White Sauce

From a

1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 pt. Boiling Milk
some Salt
a little White Pepper
.
Cream the Butter, & Flour together,
and stir slowly into boiling Milk until it is
the consistency of cream;
season with Salt, & White Pepper.
