Raspberry Shrub

From a

For every cup of Raspberry Juice,
take 1/2 cup white-wine Vinegar,
and 2 cups of Sugar.
.
Put the Fruit Juice, Sugar, & Vinegar
over the fire,
stir until all Sugar is dissolved,
boil to a thick syrup;
strain and bottle.

Note:

....... All Fruit Juices are
...... used in the same manner.
When served,
allow 1/4 c. Syrup to 3/4 c. Ice Water.
