1/4 lb. Butter

2 pts.=(4 c.) Sugar

3 Lemons, -{rind, & juice

Beat Eggs very light,

add the Butter, Sugar,

and the Rind,& Juice of Lemons.

Mix well.

Set in pan of boiling water,

and cook until thick.
