Bev's Orange Cake

1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake mix
4 Eggs
1/2 c. Salad Oil
1 can Mandarin Oranges - - including the juice

Mix for 2 minutes.
Pour into a 9 X 13 inch pan.

Bake at 350 until done.

Frosting:

8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can Mandarin Oranges
1 small box of Vanilla instant Pudding
-
Mix and put on top of Cake.
