Boston Baked Beans

4 c. Dried Beans
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp. Salt
some Water
1 lb. Salt Pork, or Bacon, -{diced
6 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Mustard
6 Tbsp. Molasses
1/2 c. Catsup
2 Onions, -{diced

Soak Beans over night in a mixture of
Vegetable Oil, Salt, & add
enough Water so Beans are covered.

Next day...

Drain, and discard liquid.
Sear {burn outer edges} the meat.
Mix all the ingredients together...
adding only enough Water to cover it all.

Slowly Bake, until done.
