Home made Noodles #2

An Old
Written
recipe

2 Eggs
1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 tsp. Salt
some Flour
.
Beat Eggs until well-blended.
Add Nutmeg and Salt,
and enough sifted Flour to take up the Liquid
and make a stiff Dough.
Knead,
then roll out very thin.
Let dry on a dish towel for about 3 to 4 hours.
When rolled out flat,
cut strips with a noodle cutter,
or paring knife.
