2/3 c. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Egg
2/3 c. Sweet Milk
1 1/2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Sugar

Mix together well;
then mix the Cinnamon and Sugar together,
and sprinkle over the top
just before putting in the oven.
