Sweet Potato Puff

4 large Sweet Potatoes
1/4 c. Butter
2 Eggs, {well beaten
1/3 c. Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
.

Peel Sweet Potatoes and boil until soft.
Mash and add the remaining ingredients.
Beat well and put in a Buttered dish,
bake until brown,
about 1/2 hour or more.
