Bread Pudding

2 c. Milk

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/2 c. Brown Sugar

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

1 Tbsp. Butter

2 Eggs

1/2 tsp. Vanilla

2 c. Cubed Dried Bread

Scald Milk,

add Salt, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, & Butter.

Pour this mixture over slightly beaten Eggs... in bowl.

Add Vanilla.

Combine with Bread and mix well.

Note:

`````Raisins may also be added, if desired.

Pour into Cake pan;

Bake at 350 until done.
