Raspberry Flummery

1 Qt. Red Raspberries
1 shy c. Pearl Tapioca
1/2 c. Sugar
2 c. Cold Water
2 c. Boiling Water

`
Soak Tapioca for several hours (even over night)...
in cold water, then put it on the fire with with the
Boiling Water and stir until clear.
`
Add the Sugar, and when the Tapioca is lukewarm,
stir in the Raspberries.
`
Eat when ice-cold;
with Cream & Sugar.
