1 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Vinegar
1 Egg
3 Tbsp. Cocoa
1/2 c. Cooking Oil
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Water

Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl &
beat until mixed thoroughly.

Pour into a 9 X 9 inch pan.

Bake at 350
for 30 to 35 minutes.
