Rhubarb Cake

1 1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Shortening
1 c. Sour Milk
1 Egg
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Rhubarb -{cut up

Mix together and put into
an 8 X 12 inch cake pan.
Sprinkle top with Sugar & Cinnamon.

Bake for 1 hour at 350
