String Beans with Onions

Cut String Beans and boil until tender, in Salted Water, &
letting the Water boil away to about 1 cupful.

When done, add 1 Tbsp. Vinegar, thickened with
1 Tbsp. Butter rubbed with 1 Tbsp. Flour.
`
Take from the fire.
`
Mix with 1 Tbsp. finely chopped Onion.

Serve immediately,

without cooking the Onion.
