Cheese, Broccoli & Wild Rice

1 c. uncooked Wild Rice
4 c. Water
4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
1 large head of Broccoli (cut up and cooked)
8 oz. pkg. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. Milk
2 Tbsp. Butter (or Margarine)

  1. Cook Wild Rice in water and Chicken Bouillon Cubes.
  2. Add cooked Broccoli.
  3. Melt Cheese in Milk & Butter; add to Rice mixture & stir well.

Serve Hot, as a Casserole.
