Pumpkin Pecan Cake

1 pkg. Spice Cake mix ~ (about 18 1/2 oz.)
1 c. Canned Pumpkin
1/2 c. Cooking Oil
1 pkg. Vanilla instant Pudding mix ~ (3 3/4 oz.)
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 c. Water
1/2 c. chopped Pecans

In a large bowl,
combine first 7 ingredients...
(all but the nuts)
and beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Then, fold in the chopped Pecans.

Bake in a Greased & Floured
12 c. Bundt Cake pan...
in a moderate oven ~ (350 degrees)
for 40 to 45 minutes,
or
until Cake tests done.

Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes.
Turn out on wire rack...
or serving plate to complete cooling.

Serve with Whipped Cream.
