Linzer Muffin

1/4 c. Butter,or Margarine -{melted
1 c. Milk
1 large Egg
1/4 tsp. Almond extract
2 c. all-purpose Flour
1/3 c. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon

After filling cups, insert 1/2 tsp. Raspberry Jam into each one.

Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, & Cinnamon.

Stir wet ingredients into the
dry ingredients just until combined.

Spoon Batter evenly into Greased Muffin cups,
filling each 3/4 full.
After filling cups, insert 1/2 tsp, Raspberry Jam into each one.

Bake 20 to 22 minutes at 400

Cool in pans on wire racks about 5 minutes.
Sift on 1 Tbsp. Confectioners' Sugar.
