Fry Bread

5 c. all-purpose Flour
4 Tbsp. Baking Powder
1/2 c. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Active dry Yeast
1 tsp. Salt
6 c. Hot Water


`
  1. Mix all dry ingredients well before adding Water.
  2. Heat oil to 350 . Cut Dough into baseball size balls. Flatten balls and make hole in center.
  3. Fry until golden, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
