2 Tbsp. Gelatin, ~ (unflavored)
1/2 c Cold Water
3 c. Coffee
3/4 c. Sugar

Soak the Gelatin in Cold Water for 5 minutes,
then dissolve in the Hot Coffee;
add the Sugar,
stir until dissolved.
Turn into a mold, and let set.

Serve with Whipped Cream.
