1 1/2 pt. Sour Milk, ~ (or souring Cream)

1 tsp. Baking Soda

4 large Eggs, -{beaten separately

4 Tbsp. Butter

a little Salt

Mix together;

Flour, Sour Milk, & Baking Soda.

Beat Eggs separately, and add.

Then add;

the Butter, & Salt.

Beat all well together.
