2 Eggs, -{well beaten

1/2 pt. Milk

some Seasoning, -{to fit your taste

some Bread Crumbs

To the Beets, add well beaten Eggs, & Milk;

season to taste and put into a well buttered dish;

strew Bread Crumbs over the top.

Bake for about 20 minutes.
