6 large, Raw Potatoes
1 Egg
1 Tbsp. Flour
1 tsp. Salt

Peel and grate Potatoes.
Add all other ingredients to Potatoes.
Mix together well.

Fry in Hot Lard, <<<< -- >>>> deep fry??
until brown and crisp.
