Cherry Pie

1/2 c. Cherry juice
1/2 c. Water
1 c. Sugar
3 Tbsp. Corn Starch
1/8 tsp. Salt
2 1/2 c. pitted, drained Cherries

1 Pie Shell
3/4 c. Grated American Cheese
1 c. Cream ~ Whipped

Combine:
Cherry Juice
Water
Sugar
Corn Starch
Salt
_
Heat to boiling and soak until thick.
Remove from heat,
add Cherries.
Let cool.
Sprinkle Cheese into a
cooled BAKED Pie Shell.
Next,
pour the Filling in.
Chill.

Serve with Whipped Cream to which...
2 tsp. Powdered Sugar, &
1/8 tsp. Vanilla has been added.
